After you submit the form and we receive confirmation of payment, we will contact you by phone and e-mail to make arrangements for you to send us your manuscript files and to obtain the confidential information we wouldn't want you to include in any unsecure form on the Internet; i.e., your Amazon.com account ID and password (which will be destroyed after we set up your Kindle Store account), and a voided check so we can set up automatic deposit of your earnings from Kindle books to the bank account of your choice.
